一、原理 旋渦氣泵增氧技術(shù)采用旋渦氣泵（高壓風(fēng)機(jī)）將空氣送入輸氣管道輸氣管道將空氣送入微孔曝氣管或是其他曝氣裝置，由于其孔徑小，可產(chǎn)生大量微細(xì)化氣泡從管壁冒出分散到水中，而且上升速度緩慢氣泡在水中移動(dòng)行程長(zhǎng)與水體接觸充分氣液相間氧分子交換充分而且還增加了水流的旋轉(zhuǎn)和上下流動(dòng)。水流的上下流動(dòng)將上層富含氧氣的水帶入底層同時(shí)水流的旋轉(zhuǎn)流動(dòng)將微孔管周圍富含氧氣的水向外擴(kuò)散實(shí)現(xiàn)養(yǎng)殖池水的均勻增氧。具有溶氧、改善養(yǎng)殖水體生態(tài)環(huán)境、提高放養(yǎng)密度、增加養(yǎng)殖產(chǎn)量、降低能耗、使用安全和操作方便等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。
二、結(jié)構(gòu) 旋渦氣泵增氧設(shè)施主要有旋渦氣泵、主管、PVC塑料管、支管PVC塑料或橡膠軟管、微孔曝氣管(或曝氣盤，氣泡石)、止回閥、球閥等組成。旋渦氣泵常用功率有7.5KW、5.5KW、4KW 、3.0 KW、2.2KW、1.5KW。旋渦氣泵（高壓風(fēng)機(jī)）連接主管、主管連接支管---橡膠軟管---連接曝氣管（曝氣盤，氣泡石等曝氣裝置均可）。
三、安裝 以微孔管為例，安裝方式主要有兩種一是盤式安裝法。配備功率為0.25kw/667㎡將曝氣管固定在用鋼筋直徑為4~6mm做成的盤框上曝氣管盤的總長(zhǎng)度8~15m安裝3~4只每667㎡，并固定離池底10~20㎝。二是條式安裝法。配備功率為0.25 kw每667㎡，曝氣管總長(zhǎng)度為10~40m左右，管間距10m左右高低相差不超過(guò)10㎝并固定離池底15~20㎝。兩種安裝方式為常見(jiàn)形式，盤式安裝簡(jiǎn)單快捷，一般推薦盤式安裝。條式安裝，工程量大，分布均勻。
