結(jié)構(gòu)概述（8-9缸結(jié)構(gòu)）
1、該機(jī)引進(jìn)國(guó)外機(jī)型、為弧線下調(diào)式三輥型材卷彎?rùn)C(jī)。機(jī)器的外形床身采用鋼板焊接結(jié)構(gòu)。主輥通過(guò)液壓馬達(dá)、齒輪、傳遞的動(dòng)力作旋轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)動(dòng)。兩個(gè)邊輥，可繞中軸 ｂ作弧線運(yùn)動(dòng)，通過(guò)液壓馬達(dá)、齒輪傳遞的動(dòng)力與主軸同時(shí)作旋轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)動(dòng)，托輥安裝在邊輥兩側(cè)，可使托輥隨邊輥同時(shí)做弧線運(yùn)動(dòng)。通過(guò)各自的升降油缸可做升降運(yùn)動(dòng)。
2、機(jī)器的性能
該機(jī)輥均勻?yàn)轵?qū)動(dòng)輥。卷制時(shí)可進(jìn)行型材的端部預(yù)彎，通過(guò)調(diào)節(jié)導(dǎo)輥，可對(duì)型材卷制過(guò)程中產(chǎn)生的扭曲變形進(jìn)行校正。
以上所有運(yùn)動(dòng)均通過(guò)電控柜上的電子數(shù)顯、按鈕操作實(shí)現(xiàn)。
注意：卷制過(guò)程中，三輥的旋轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)動(dòng)與邊輥升降運(yùn)動(dòng)不可同時(shí)進(jìn)行，以免發(fā)生故障，輥安裝模具后，邊輥才可進(jìn)行升降運(yùn)動(dòng)。
電氣控制系統(tǒng)說(shuō)明
該機(jī)電氣系統(tǒng)動(dòng)力線路采用三相380V 50HZ交流電源供電，控制電路通過(guò)控制變壓器將380V轉(zhuǎn)換為交流220V、110V供電；該機(jī)的電氣操作控制部件及編碼器數(shù)顯表集中安裝在操作臺(tái)上，各操作部件功能用形象化符號(hào)表示。
