結構概述（8-9缸結構）
1、該機引進國外機型、為弧線下調式三輥型材卷彎機。機器的外形床身采用鋼板焊接結構。主輥通過液壓馬達、齒輪、傳遞的動力作旋轉運動。兩個邊輥，可繞中軸 ｂ作弧線運動，通過液壓馬達、齒輪傳遞的動力與主軸同時作旋轉運動，托輥安裝在邊輥兩側，可使托輥隨邊輥同時做弧線運動。通過各自的升降油缸可做升降運動。
2、機器的性能
該機輥均勻為驅動輥。卷制時可進行型材的端部預彎，通過調節(jié)導輥，可對型材卷制過程中產生的扭曲變形進行校正。
以上所有運動均通過電控柜上的電子數顯、按鈕操作實現。
注意：卷制過程中，三輥的旋轉運動與邊輥升降運動不可同時進行，以免發(fā)生故障，輥安裝模具后，邊輥才可進行升降運動。
電氣控制系統說明
該機電氣系統動力線路采用三相380V 50HZ交流電源供電，控制電路通過控制變壓器將380V轉換為交流220V、110V供電；該機的電氣操作控制部件及編碼器數顯表集中安裝在操作臺上，各操作部件功能用形象化符號表示。
